About The Music Explosion

The Music Explosion was a garage rock band from Mansfield, Ohio best known for their Top 10 hit, "Little Bit O'Soul", in 1967. Also their only Top 40 hit, it not only peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart; it was awarded gold record status by the R.I.A.A.. The quintet were discovered and signed by the record producers Jerry Kasenetz and Jeff Katz.
